This workshop is a chance to pause, reconnect, and discover how creativity can support healing. Through simple art-making, reflection, and calming practices, we open space for expression beyond words.
You don’t need to be an artist—this is about presence, not perfection. Whether you’re moving through change, looking for calm, or curious about how creativity can nurture you, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore.
Come as you are, and leave with a lighter heart and a clearer sense of self.

Creative Harmony — The Healing Rhythm of Art and Music
A School Workshop for Teens in Berlin (2025)
This October, I had the joy of co-facilitating a workshop called “Creative Harmony” at a school in Berlin, together with my dear friend Nektaria. The session was designed to help teenagers explore their emotions and reconnect with themselves through art and music.
Through a mix of intuitive painting, mindful listening, and rhythm-based activities, we created a safe and supportive space where students could express their feelings freely, release tension, and find calm through creativity.
Our intention was to show how simple artistic tools — colors, sounds, and movement — can help ease stress, build self-awareness, and bring balance and inspiration into everyday life.
We encouraged each participant to express emotions without judgment, turning art and sound into a language of connection and healing.
Between creative moments, we enjoyed short breaks and warm conversations, allowing the teens to relax and reflect.
It was truly inspiring to witness how each student used creativity to reconnect with their emotions and discover new ways to express their inner world.
The workshop is designed as more than a technical class—it’s an experience of creativity, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Through working with resin’s fluid, unpredictable nature, participants learn to let go, trust the process, and celebrate beauty in spontaneity.
Details:
Location: Dubai (The jam jar)
Format: 1-day hands-on workshop (3–4 hours)
Materials: All resin, pigments, and tools provided
Level: Beginners & enthusiasts welcome (no prior experience needed)
Outcome: Each participant takes home a finished resin artwork
Why Participants Join:
To explore creativity in a new, playful medium
To experience the joy of flow and self-expression without judgment
To learn resin techniques (mixing, pouring, layering, creating depth and texture)
To connect with others in a supportive, artistic atmosphere
To leave with not just an artwork, but also a renewed sense of inspiration and calm.
